我厂是全国真空行业理事单位，是全国真空产品定点生产厂。已通过ISO9001质量体系认证。并有进出口权，可直接与国外厂商联系业务。拥有一批很强的专业人才，具有专业技术设计能力和加工制造能力，主要产品是真空应用设备和真空获得设备：磁控溅射镀膜机、蒸发镀膜机、空心阴极离子镀膜机、射频溅射镀膜机等，及退火炉、淬火炉、烧结炉、钎焊炉、去气炉等。产品曾销往比利时、印尼、印度、韩国、台湾等国家及地区以及国内二十几个省市地区，深受中外用户好评。
近年来，与大连理工大学、沈阳工业大学、俄罗斯科学院物理强度研究所、托木斯克理工大学高压研究所等单位合作，研究开发国际先进真空技术和设备，实现微机自动化控制。
真空离子技术：金属离子注入机、气体离子注入机、等离子体源、非平衡态磁控溅射、孪生靶镀膜、磁过滤真空弧、及组合的离子增强沉积设备，用于制备超硬膜、润滑膜、功能膜。
纳米超细粉技术：金属爆炸法、金属电弧法。
真空干燥技术：金属去气设备、植物干燥设备等。
等离子体渗扩技术：离子渗硫炉、等离子体源离子氮化炉。

Shenyang Beiyu Vacuum Co. is a member of Chinese Vacuum institute and a pointed factory of vacuum installation. We have the authority of import and export. We contact with our aboard customers directly. It possesses experts with excellent designing and manufacturing ability of advanced vacuum equipments. The main production are vacuum units and deposition installations: magnetron sputtering coating system, vacuum multi-arc coating, vapour deposition, hollow-cathode plasma coating, RF sputtering and plasma coating et al, as well as vacuum annealing furnace, vacuum hardening furnace, soldering furnace, sintering furnace and degassing furnace, the productions were exported to Belgium, Indiaman, India, Korea, Taiwan and are widely used in over 20 Provinces and Cities in China. Recent years, Shenyang Beiyu Vacuum Ltd Co. collaborates with Dalian university of Technology, Shenyang University of Technology, Physics Strength Institute of Russian Academy and High Voltage institute of Tomsk Polytechnic University, developing advanced vacuum technique and realizing computer controlling system.
Vacuum ion technology:
Metal ion implanter, gas ion implanter, glasma-ion sources， unbalanced magnetron sputtering, dual magnetron sputtering, filed pulsed metal vacuum arc, and combinatorial ion-plasma enhanced deposition equipments, which are used to prepare super-hard coatings, functional films and lubrication coatings.
Nanopowder technology:
Metal explosion technology and DC metal arc technology, which be used for preparing nanopowders of pure metals and compounds with about 100 nm in diameter.
Vacuum Drying Technology:
Vacuum degasing furnace of metals, vacuum drying furnace of plants and vegetable medicine.
Plasma Penetrating Technology
Plasma sulphuring furnace, plasma-ion nitriding furnace
